Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Area
We currently deliver only to Switzerland.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge for all orders.
No additional customs or import fees apply for Swiss customers.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Transit time: 7-10 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.
If delays occur, you’ll be notified by email.

Carriers
We ship with trusted partners such as DHL, Deutsche Post, or Swiss Post, depending on destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.
Once the issue is resolved, the order can be resent (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos by email.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
