Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

We will process the order shipped out in 1-3 day, and consumer can cancel the order before the general shipping time, that is within 3 days cancellation. And consumer have rights to apply a Return within 14 days.

 If a consumer initiates the cancellation of an order earlier than the shipping time and within the time period specified by the website for initiating the cancellation of an order, the order can be cancelled.


-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

-If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returns are sent by post.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
A flat return fee of CHF 7 applies for all standard returns, unless the product was defective or damaged.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
